1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the supply of solar leads and related services by Lead Volt to UK installers. By purchasing leads from us you agree to these terms.

2. Lead generation services

Lead Volt generates homeowner enquiries for solar PV and battery storage installations through paid social, PPC and other digital channels. Leads are supplied on a pay-per-lead basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Pay-per-lead model

You pay only for the leads you receive. Standard leads start from £25 per lead. Prices may vary by region, lead criteria and volume. There is no retainer or lengthy contract unless a separate agreement is signed.

4. Lead criteria and refunds

Leads are qualified against the criteria agreed before campaign launch. Refunds or credits may be offered for duplicate leads, hoax leads or leads that fall outside the agreed criteria, subject to verification.

5. Use of leads

Leads are provided for your own sales and marketing use only. You may not resell, redistribute or share leads with third parties without our prior written consent.

6. Data protection

Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. You must handle all personal data contained in leads securely and lawfully.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page and will apply to leads ordered after the update date.
